Singer Sinead O'Connor's cause of death has been confirmed weeks after her friend David Holmes claimed she died of a 'broken heart' after losing her teenage son last year
Speaking on the RTÉ production, David shared: "Even though Sinéad was this incredibly resilient survivor, I totally believe that people can die of a broken heart."
