Signature to Acquire Latin American Production and Distribution Banner Particular Crowd
Particular Crowd head Peter Bevan will join the Signature senior management team as president of global strategy and distribution.
Signature and Particular Crowd have collaborated on several films in recent years, including Paul Andrew Williams’s critically acclaimed and streaming chart-topping revenge thriller “Bull.” Upcoming releases from Signature’s growing slate of original productions include “Marmalade” starring Joe Keery, Camila Morrone and Aldis Hodge, as well as recently wrapped crime comedy“Riff Raff” starring Jennifer Coolidge, Ed Harris, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman and Pete Davidson. “Our ambitions are aligned, and our collective strength will enable us to unlock huge potential in Latin America and beyond as we expand our slate of elevated content.” Having worked together on some of our early Signature Films productions, we quickly recognized Particular Crowd as a distributor that had similar intentions and we were thrilled to agree a deal to acquire the company.
