Sideshow & Janus Films Sets Five U.S. Cities Tour For Alain Guiraudie’s 'Misericordia’

Félix Kysyl stars as a seemingly benign, out-of-work baker who drifts back to his small hometown after the death of his beloved former boss. Staying on after the funeral, he begins to insinuate himself into his late mentor’s family, living with his kind-hearted widow (Catherine Frot), in a move that upsets her venomously jealous son (Jean-Baptiste Durand). Sideshow and Janus Films has also released a new trailer featuring quotes from Ari Aster, Claire Denis, Miguel Gomes, Radu Jude and Payal Kapadia.
