Sian Welby's life off screen with producer fiancé as she shares baby joy

As Capital Breakfast host and This Morning presenter Sian Welby announces that she is pregnant with her first child, let's take a look inside the star's life off screen...

While she announced the news on the radio, a sweet post also went out to Sian's 166K Instagram followers, which featured a variation of Polaroid snaps surrounded by letters which read: "We're having a baby". Spotted by TV executives, in 2010 Sian was offered the job of Channel 5 weather girl (winning a legion of fans with her hilarious film puns), then radio presenting gigs followed at Heart and Capital. Jake, who works as a producer on Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston’s Heart radio show, proposed to Sian during a boat trip while they were on holiday to Crete in August 2023.
