Shot Tower Capital Launches RedBrick Advisors to Drive ‘Clear’ Asset Valuations
Shot Tower Capital launches RedBrick Advisors, a specialized assets valuation firm catering to the music and entertainment industries.
As part of that new endeavor, Shot Tower is partnering with RedBrick co-founder Sachin Saggar, a research analyst with a 15-year history working with entertainment assets and intellectual properties, including music royalties. Beyond what it describes as “clear, data-driven and transparent valuations” to help clients make informed decisions, other services the new firm will offer include financing support, estate planning & taxes, fairness opinions, transaction support, litigation assistance and contract negations related to joint ventures. Saggar, who has a chartered accountant background, previously was with the financial modeling team of KPMG; and was most recently a lead research analyst at Stifel, covering asset-backed securitizations and music royalties that included following the publicly-traded securities of Hipgnosis Songs Fund and Round Hill Music Royalties Fund.
