He sent fans wild when he revealed in 2018 that he wakes up at 2.30am every morning to fit in his daily workouts.

On the former rapper's check list were two major workouts that lasted more than an hour, two showers, snacks and meals, a cryo chamber recovery, golf and business meetings, in a routine that has baffled his fans. He previously told Men's Health that he likes to start his day with egg whites, sprouted-grain Ezekiel bread, almond butter and avocado. Mark previously told Ellen DeGeneres about the benefits of cryotherapy, saying: 'It is great for recovery, and it just takes all the inflammation out of your body [and] it helps you sleep.'
