Justin Bieber left fans scratching their heads when he bizarrely stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday while shirtless in Beverly Hills.
The pop superstar, 31, displayed his gaunt features in the wake of DailyMail.com's exclusive report on the latest 'fight' he had with wife Hailey Bieber, 28, after she reached a career high by posing for a Vogue cover Earlier this week, Justin shocked many of his and Hailey's fans when he shared a cruelly backhanded compliment to his wife for winning a spot on the latest cover of Vogue. 'Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight, I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue, Yikes I know, so mean, For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even,' he explained in what some fans took to be an attempt at humor.
