Shifty’s manager, Howie Hubberman, told People that his cause of death was “a combination of prescription drugs and street purchased drugs.” So sad. In a statement obtained by The Sun on Saturday, they shared that the rockstar’s “proudest accomplishments” in life were his three sons — Halo, Gage, and Phoenix.
