Sharon Stone to Star as Villain Opposite Bob Odenkirk in ‘Nobody 2’

Stone will put her basic killing instincts to use in Universal's sequel to its 2021 action hit.

Indonesian filmmaker Timo Tjahjanto, known for his horror and action fare such as May the Devil Take You and segments of the V/H/S installments, is set to direct the film. Stone is known for her envelope-pushing breakout with the erotic thriller Basic Instinct and then earned an Oscar nomination for her work opposite Robert de Niro and Joe Pesci in Casino. More recently, she has concentrated on television work, appearing on Ryan Murphy’s Ratched at Netflix and Paolo Sorentino’s The New Pope at HBO.
