Sharon Stone Names Producer Who Pushed Her to Sleep With Billy Baldwin
Sharon Stone named the producer who allegedly pressured her to sleep with ‘Sliver’ costar Billy Baldwin to improve his performance in the 1993 film
After previously concealing the producer’s identity while discussing the alleged incident in her 2021 memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, Stone, 66, identified him as the late Robert Evans during a Tuesday, March 12, appearance on “The Louis Theroux Podcast.” The New York Times and the New Yorker first published investigative pieces in 2017 that accused disgruntled movie producer Harvey Weinstein of decades of sexual assault and harassment. In The Beauty of Living Twice, Stone claimed that Baldwin, whom she did not identify by name at the time, made “a few haphazard passes” at her after her conservation with Roberts, which she felt was likely “spurred on” by the producer.
