Bad Sisters creator and star Sharon Horgan has been tapped as a series regular on Hulu’s Amanda, playing Amanda Knox's mother.

EXCLUSIVE: Bad Sisters co-creator and star Sharon Horgan has been tapped as a series regular on Hulu ’s Amanda, playing Amanda Knox ‘s mother Edda Mellas opposite Grace Van Patten who stars as Knox. The limited series is based on the true story of how Amanda Knox was wrongfully convicted for the murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher and her 16-year odyssey to set herself free. Horgan has co-created and starred in such series as Pulling, Catastrophe and most recently Bad Sisters, which is headed into its second season on Apple TV+.
