Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec kicked off 2025 in the gym, showing his fitness regimen in a new video posted on Instagram after spending the holidays with family.
“I used to think that cardio was the only way to lose weight, but I learned over time the benefits of resistance training and lifting,” the TV personality told the outlet. He shares twins Hudson and Haven with Kym, as well as kids Caprice, Skye and Brendan from his marriage to ex-wife Diane Plese. Fast forward to today, I am the happiest man alive spending Christmas and new year holidays in Montana with my beautiful family.”
