In an Instagram video with influencer Natasha Fischer, Barbara brought cameras into her kitchen and revealed she has a full-length fridge devoted exclusively to alcohol. She once posted an Instagram clip of herself using scissors to carve a slice of pizza into tiny pieces so that she could eat it without smearing her lipstick, joking in the caption: 'The only way I cut my carbs!'
