Shannon Noll has opened up about the moment he decided to transform his lifestyle and physical appearance.

The Australian singer, 47, told Nova 96.9's Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Friday, he started hitting the gym after 'getting fat-skinny'. The singers rose to fame on the first ever series of the talent show in 2003, making it all the way to the final three alongside Guy Sebastian, who was ultimately crowned the winner. Cosima placed third after being forced to quit the competition due to throat nodules threatening to damage her voice, leaving the fans rooting for her devastated.
