Shannon Beador's ex John Janssen slams RHOC star's attempts to dismiss his fraud claim in facelift lawsuit as he seeks punitive damages
In the latest update to the lawsuit, InTouch has reported that Janssen is now demanding punitive damages from Beador.
It began first with Beador's lawyers seeking to drop Janssen's allegations of fraud against the RHOC star and his request for punitive damages. I agreed to pay John what he wanted because I knew that attorneys fees would surpass the amount sought, but more importantly to eliminate the negative emotional components that come with a lawsuit.' Following Shannon and John's split in late 2022, Janssen has since moved on and struck up a romance with RHOC alum, Alexis Bellino.
