It was a long legal road as she felt her ex was stalling in an attempt to wait out her eventual death so he wouldn’t have to pay alimony, but the pair finally settled on Friday — one day before she passed away. Kurt got to keep multiple vehicles, guitars, a record player, and was ordered to buy out Shannen’s interest in some of his assets, including a Mooney M-20 plane, and $10,000 for photography equipment.
