Shakira IS dating British actor Lucien Laviscount after falling for him on the set of their VERY steamy music video - but friends fear he is a 'rebound' who is only in it for FAME
Insiders have confirmed Shakira, 47, and Lucien, 31, are together, but are not 'heavily involved,' much to the relief of her friends who reportedly fear he is with her to increase his fame.
'Shakira is desperate to fall in love – but her friends are concerned because Lucien has slowly crept his way up the celebrity ladder while dating women who were all less famous than Shakira,' a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. Shakira, who shares sons Milan, 11, and Sasha, nine, with Gerard, met the British-born star on the set of her video, in which he plays her love interest, back in February. The Hips Don't Lie singer is seen wrapped in his arms, while another scene shows a topless Lucien sprawled across her lap with nothing but a loin cloth covering his modesty as she dabs blood from his chest after shooting him with an arrow.
