It’s TV time.
The nominations are being revealed on July 17 by previous winners Tony Hale and Sheryl Lee Ralph — two people who don’t really make sense together but who both have connectionsto Beyoncé, so maybe that’s what their small talk is about. It’s an especially interesting and potentially wacky year given the lack of previous nominees eligible in the major categories, which means the best show on television ( And Just Like That …) could finally come in and claim its rightful nominations. The Emmy Awards will be awarded on September 15, marking the second Emmy ceremony in 2024, owing to the Writers Guild of America strik e.
