Sexyy Red & GloRilla Believe Critics Who Say Female Rap Is ‘Too Sexual’ Are ‘Haters’
The two rappers had a conversation for XXL's latest cover story.
As part of XXL ‘s new cover story, Glo and Sexyy asked each other questions, including about the subject matter of their music. “So, a lot of people give female rappers a hard time, saying we’re too sexual or over the top with lyrics and video content. GloRilla agreed and recited the first lines from the Finesse2Tymes song “Back End”, saying, It’s cool when they do it/ It’s a problem when I do it, f— ’em,” before having herself a nice laugh.
