Legendary punk rock guitarist Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols has denied allegations of sexual assault made by a B.C. Supreme Court notice of civil claim, alleges Stephen Philip Jones, 68, sexually assaulted her in his downtown Vancouver hotel room in 1980 when she was 14. Paramount’s response, filed by lawyers Jordanna Cytrynbaum and Rajit Mittal, said the company owed the plaintiff no contractual or fiduciary obligations.
