Seth Meyers Reveals Top 5 Favorite ‘SNL’ Characters, Including “My One True Love”
Marking the NBC sketch comedy show's 50th anniversary, 'Saturday Night Live' alum Seth Meyers listed his top five favorite characters from the series.
Meyers’ number-one pick should come as no surprise after he married the “city correspondent” in Hader’s 2013 farewell episode, breaking up Stefon’s wedding to Anderson Cooper in an epic sketch filled with all of the character’s bizarre references, including a Ben Affleck cameo. Following his 2005-’13 run on SNL, Hader has returned to ‘Weekend Update’ as Stefon on a few occasions. He revealed that the movie would have opened with Stefon taking him out for a night on the town, with a “super-fast cuts of he and I at all these crazy clubs.
