Serial pest who stormed the stage at Katy Perry's Sydney concert is charged as it is revealed he is a repeat offender


A man who shocked Katy Perry when he stormed on stage and accosted her during her Sydney concert on Sunday night has been charged.

The man, identified by News Corp as Johnson Wen, was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Burwood Local Court on June 23.
