Serial Killer Documentary Exploring Goa’s Notorious ‘Dupatta’ Murderer Sets DocuBay Debut (EXCLUSIVE)
Streamer DocuBay is set to premiere 'Dupatta Killer,' a true-crime documentary exploring the case of serial killer Mahanand Naik.
Director Patrick Graham’s documentary aims to examine both the psychology behind Naik’s crimes and the systemic failures that allowed him to evade justice for years. The film incorporates survivor testimonies and expert insights while focusing on how Naik targeted vulnerable women from underprivileged backgrounds by manipulating societal pressures surrounding marriage. Aditya Pittie, managing director of DocuBay parent company IN10 Media Network, called the documentary “a powerful reminder of the pressing issues within our justice system and the long-lasting effects of crime on society.”
