Sentry’s Logo Revealed In New ‘Thunderbolts’ Promo art

Sentry is getting a whole new look in the MCU! The character’s logo gets an interesting redesign in new promo art for Marvel’s upcoming Thunderbolts.

Rightfully so, as it seems the film is setting up a twist that only comic fans see coming: the meek Bob (played by Lewis Pullman) is secretly one of the MCU’s strongest heroes in the form of the Sentry. While some fans may find it ridiculous to read into a slightly redesigned logo, it may actually reveal a lot about how Sentry will be treated in the MCU, and how Thunderbolts may change the character’s origins for Lewis Pullman’s unique take. This would explain why the character is seemingly being set up as a twist antagonist for the film, as the trauma of being used as a weapon by the government could be Marvel’s way of introducing The Void into live-action.
