Quinn told the court that last week, Richard had been attempting to manipulate and mislead her and her attorneys in claiming falsely that his mother, Nancy Dumontet, had suffered a heart attack. Quinn said in legal docs, 'I am extremely concerned that Christian will go to any lengths necessary, including great emotional manipulation, as a means to monitor my activity while the restraining order is in effect.'
