Quintanilla III, the brother and music producer of slain Texas icon and singer Selena, was booed by fans after unleashing an expletive-filled rant on a crowd in San Antonio Saturday night. The self-proclaimed 'king of cumbia' who wrote Selena hits 'Como La Flor' and 'No Me Queda Más' later posted an apology on social media, blaming being off his meds for his tantrum.
