She followed up the first Instagram Story photo with a more recent swimsuit snap, seemingly taken during her January 2023 New Year’s trip to Mexico with Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham. In a February 2023 TikTok Live, the Only Murders in the Building star explained that her lupus medication causes her to “hold a lot of water weight.”
