Speaking to PEOPLE on the red carpet of the Rare Impact Fund Benefit at nya Studios West in Los Angeles on Thursday, Oct. 24, the "Calm Down" singer shared which practices she has in place to protect her mental health. Speaking to Vanity Fair for the outlet’s October issue, she detailed some of her tools to stay grounded when things get hard. One "healing mechanism" is using temperatures, like cold water and space heaters, to “soothe” herself," she told the outlet, noting that mental health exercises have been helpful throughout her journey.
