Selena Gomez discusses hitting 'rock bottom' before dealing with her mental health... and now feels 'sick' when recalling her negative self-image

The Wizards of Waverly Place actress admitted it 'bums [her] out' to look back on how critical she was on herself when she was younger and how important it is to 'speak to yourself with kindness'.

She said it prompted a discussion on the strangeness of the entertainment industry and how Selena felt she didn't fit in during her time as a child actor.
