The clip opens with an Entertainment Tonight –type program showing intimate photos of Turner and a positive pregnancy test, while she holds her face in shock. Director Carlson Young ( Upgraded, The Blazing World) helmed the picture, which is based on a screenplay by Gigi Levangie ( Stepmom, the novel The Starter Wife). Last year, the former Game of Thrones star told Vogue she was excited to start filming Trust, even though the gig came in the wake of her own scandal when tabloids accused her of being a bad mom.
