Sabrina Carpenter brought out guest Kacey Musgraves to cover the Nancy Sinatra hit “These Boots Are Made for Walkin’” during the “Espresso” singer’s set at the San Francisco area’s Outside Lands Festival. Musgraves — who performed the Nancy Sinatra cover nearly 100 times live at concerts between 2014 and 2016, but never since then — then emerged onstage for the duet, with the two singers trading verses and strutting around the stage. Carpenter’s new album Short n’ Sweet — featuring the hits “ Espresso ” and “ Please Please Please ” — arrives August 23, after which she’ll embark on a North American tour in support of the LP.
