Sebastian Stan Reveals After Golden Globe Win For ‘A Different Man’ That Playing “The Man In Orange” In ‘Apprentice’ Was “The Hardest”

Sebastian Stan won a Golden Globe for 'A Different Man' but he says that playing Donald Trump in 'The Apprentice' was the hardest.

The movie, which made its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, struggled in finding a U.S. distributor before Briarcliff Entertainment saved it. Released roughly a month before the presidential election, The Apprentice didn’t attract a Trump sized voter turnout at the box office with a $4M take. After receiving an experimental medical treatment that cures him of his condition, he assumes the identity of “Guy Moratz” and claims that Edward has killed himself.
