Sean Stewart reveals the disorder that landed him in a rehab facility as he deals with 'past trauma'

Stewart has now told DailyMail.com he is happy to confirm that he is seeking the help he needs to become a 'better person' and he wants to share his story with other people who are suffering.

'I am here to deal with the pain that I had in my childhood that stemmed from suffering from ADHD and an overall feeling that I can't succeed in life,' shared the star. There are plenty of healthy ways to spend time like swimming in the pool, working out at the gym, doing equine therapy, acupuncture and group counselling.
