Sean Lock's rarely-seen daughter Maeve shares unseen snap of her father in heartbreaking post three years after his tragic death
The comedian left his wife and children an estate valued at more than £4 million after his tragic death from cancer at the age of 58 in 2021.
Born in Chertsey, Surrey, Lock left school in the early 1980s and began working on building sites but developed skin cancer, which he blamed on over-exposure to the sun. His death in 2021 sparked an outpouring of tributes from the world of comedy including close friends Bill Bailey, Kevin Bridges, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Fry In a statement announcing his death, agents Off The Kerb Productions, said: 'Sean was one of Britain's finest comedians, his boundless creativity, lightning wit and the absurdist brilliance of his work, marked him out as a unique voice in British comedy.'
