Sean Combs’ Accused Drug ‘Mule’ Strikes Deal in Cocaine Case

Brendan Paul will avoid jail after he was arrested on cocaine and marijuana charges on March 25, instead enrolling in a drug diversion program

“Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety,” Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, said in a statement to Rolling Stone. Police led Paul away in handcuffs on March 25 — the same day Homeland Security agents and local law enforcement officers raided Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. “Members of the enterprise and their associates procured, transported and distributed ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci by packing these substances in their carry-on luggage and going through TSA,” the lawsuit claims.
