Sean Combs and Employee Bound and Raped Woman, Sold Assault Film ‘as Pornography,’ Lawsuit Says

A Sean "Diddy" Combs accuser claims the mogul and an employee drugged and raped her. She alleges the assault was filmed and "sold as pornography."

Things took a turn when Graves allegedly received a call from Combs, who wanted to meet with her to “discuss her boyfriend’s supposed performance issues,” according to the lawsuit, which was filed in the Southern District of New York on Tuesday morning. Model Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit on May 21 alleging Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her after she attended a Sean John fashion show on the arm of designer Roberto Cavalli in February 2003. Earlier this month, former Danity Kane and Diddy-Dirty Money member Dawn Richard claimed Combs sexually harassed and assaulted her, and through a “pattern of coercive threats and displays of brutal violence,” caused her to “engage in commercial sex acts.”
