Sean Combs Accused of Threatening and Abusing Staffers in New Indictment

Sean "Diddy" Combs is accused of threatening and abusing his employees in a new superseding indictment.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of threatening and physically abusing his employees in a second superseding indictment that was returned on Thursday as part of the embattled mogul’s sex trafficking and racketeering criminal case. Prosecutors have accused Combs of using his billion-dollar empire as a “criminal enterprise” to commit a range of offenses, according to the indictment, including “sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice” from 2004 to 2024. Painting a picture of a dangerous and abusive man, prosecutors claim Combs forced romantic partners to submit to his will and sexual fantasies through manipulation, coercion, threats and violence, including once attempting to beat down a woman’s door with a hammer.
