Sean 'Diddy' Combs has 'withdrawn all of his allegations' in lawsuit against Diageo after accusing spirits giant of neglecting his brand deals due to race
The 54-year-old rapper sued the British brand last year, accusing them of neglecting his tequila line, DeLeón Tequila, and Ciroc due to racism and has now 'agreed to resolve all disputes'.
The Bad Boy Records founder — who is reportedly ' skipping the 2024 Grammys due to sexual assault allegations and lawsuits' — was previously seeking billions in damages. 'Diageo and Mr. Combs have no ongoing business relationship, either with respect to Cîroc vodka or DeLeón tequila, which Diageo now solely owns.' The resolution comes after Diddy reached a settlement with Cassie after his ex sued him for sexual and physical abuse during their past decades-long relationship.
