Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new criminal counts alleging ‘forced labor’
Rap mogul has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering and sex trafficking as trial begins in Manhattan on 5 May
Sean “Diddy” Combs was hit with a new federal indictment on Friday charging the hip-hop mogul with five criminal counts including racketeering and sex trafficking, court records showed. The indictment, returned by a federal grand jury in Manhattan, also alleges Combs was involved in transporting the woman – identified only as Victim-2 – and other people, including commercial sex workers, to engage in prostitution during the same time frame. Combs’s alleged abuse included having women take part in recorded sexual performances called “freak offs” with male sex workers, who were sometimes transported across state lines.
