Sean 'Diddy' Combs Denied Gag Order Request Ahead of Trial

A decision was made on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ request for a gag order ahead of his trial for sex trafficking and racketeering

Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the rapper’s gag order request, which would prevent government officials from leaking information about his case as he remains in jail, on Friday, October 25, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. However, Subramanian issued a similar gag order, ruling that federal agents, investigators and Diddy’s team must follow laws preventing them from sharing grand jury proceedings details that could affect a fair trial. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community.”
