Sean 'Diddy' Combs Claims Prosecutors Are 'Spying' on Him in Jail Cell: 'Outrageous'

Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers are asking the court to intervene, again accusing prosecutors of having accessed the music mogul's privileged communications.

“The evidence shows the government is using Mr. Combs’ detention to spy on him and invade his confidential communications with his counsel," the defense claims in a filing obtained by PEOPLE. Combs is currently in federal custody in Brooklyn following his September indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. Defense attorneys previously accused the federal government of misconduct after Combs' cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center was searched, which prosecutors said was part of a pre-planned sweep and did not target specific inmates.
