The claim states that Combs “instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose” himself “explaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself.” Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claims Macy’s pressured executives to fire him because the retailer signed a multi-million deal with Sean John Clothing.
