During his set at the Colorado State Fair on Saturday, the singer, 30, abruptly stopped his set to call out a man who allegedly hit a woman in the crowd.
Videos posted online capture the moment McCreery brought the 'unacceptable' incident to attention during a performance of his track It Matters To Her. 'We can confirm that an incident took place at the Scotty McCreery concert where a man assaulted a woman and the performer stopped the show,' Olga Robak, director of communications with The Colorado Department of Agriculture, told USA Today.
