The court order states that Kelley, 48, has “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.” “Deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help,” read a statement to People on Friday, June 13, from local law enforcement.
