Scott Stuber Names Nick Nesbitt As President Of His Newly Formed Company
Nick Nesbitt has been names President of Scott Stuber's new production company
This comes after recently entering into a wide, ranging multi-year film partnership with Amazon MGM Studios to finance and release movies via the relaunched historic United Artists label. “During our many years working closely together, I’ve seen Nick consistently shepherd ambitious film projects, identify compelling stories for features, and develop trusted relationships with top talent,” said Stuber. As Vice President of Studio Films, Nesbitt brought in and developed some of the streamer’s top films and franchises, such as Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, the highly sought after Rian Johnson sequel to Knives Out; Leave the World Behind, directed by Sam Esmail and starring Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali; the Chris Hemsworth Extraction franchise and The Gray Man, both with The Russo Brothers; the Golden Globe-nominated Dolemite Is My Name with Eddie Murphy; Damsel, starring Millie Bobby Brown; and We Can Be Heroes.
