Scott Mills shared concerns over hosting Zoe Ball’s BBC Radio 2 show before mysterious absence
Radio and TV star Scott Mills voiced his concerns over hosting the Radio 2 Breakfast Show, weeks before he started to fill in for Zoe Ball who is currently absent
Zoe Ball has been absent from her show for five weeks (Image: PA) During the final episode of Celebrity Race Across the World, Scott and Sam competed against Kelly Brook and her husband Jeremy, Ted Lasso actor Kola Bokinni and his cousin Mary Ellen and broadcaster Jeff Brazier and his son Freddie. It was revealed that Scott and his husband Sam won Celebrity Race Across the World (Image: BBC)Kola and Mary Ellen came second a couple of hours later, and were followed by the next day by Jeff and Freddie, with Kelly and Jeremy coming last, but still thrilled that they were able to finish. Scott will continue to fill in for Zoe on the breakfast show for the rest of the week, and can finally talk about his Race Across the World win now the episode has been broadcast.
