Scott Adkins and Trace Adkins are joining the ESX Entertainment western Day of Reckoning which stars Billy Zane, Zach Roerig and Cara Jade Myers. Shaun Silva of TackleBox Films is directing
The Ali Afshar production follows put-upon lawman John Dorsey (Roerig), who on the verge of losing his wife and his job as sheriff, posses up with a bullish U.S. Marshall Butch Hayden (Zane) to hold outlaw Emily Rouse (Myers) hostage. Scott Adkins can also be seen in Netflix’s action-comedy Day Shift opposite Jamie Foxx, Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday, and in John Wick: Chapter 4. Producers of Day of Reckoning are Afshar ( American Wrestler: The Wizard, Bennett’s War), Christina Moore ( Dirt, Casa Grande, Wheels of Fortune) Daniel Aspromonte ( The Curse of the Necklace, Born a Champion, A California Christmas, A Christmas Mystery, That’s Amor), and Don Lepore ( Ride, Billy Joel – The Last Play at Shea, Emmy nominated The Irrelevant Giant.
