Top-rated Streaming Series winners included Robert Duncan for “The Night Agent,” Natalie Holt for “Loki,” Bear McCreary for “Percy Jackson and the Olympians,” and the team of Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis for “Unprisoned.” Among Top-rated Streaming Film winners were Germaine Franco for “The Mother,” Marcus Miller for “Candy Cane Lane” and Lorne Balfe for his music in “Tetris” and “Ghosted.” Top-rated Network Television Series honors went to “NCIS,” with its theme by Matthew Hawkins, Maurice “m.0” Jackson and Neil Martin, collectively known as Numeriklab.
