During "Saturday Night Live" on March 9, Scarlett Johansson popped up as Republican Sen. Katie Britt.
“ Saturday Night Live ” kicked off the March 9 episode mocking President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address — but more so, the Republican response. Johansson’s Britt also attempted to sell her “gorgeous bejeweled cross necklace” midway through her speech and later got “weirdly seductive for no apparent reason.” The sketch also featured a “Get Out” pun, with Johansson stirring a teacup with a spoon and the cameras cutting to a terrified Kenan Thompson with a single tear running down his cheek.
