Sarah Michelle Gellar Talks “Overwhelming” Experience Reviving ‘Buffy’: “Incredibly Nerve-Wracking”
More than 20 years later, Sarah Michelle Gellar is preparing to slay once again in a 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' reboot.
After announcing a potential Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot in the works for Hulu, from 20th Television and Searchlight TV, the actress opened up about the pressure “to do it right” after starring in The WB ‘s original series for seven seasons from 1997 to 2003. Despite the “overwhelming” experience, Gellar noted, “I think we have this team in place that is legendary, from Chloé Zhao to the Zucks [Nora and Lilla Zuckerman], to Gail Berman.
